We are your neighbors, friends and fellow Marylanders. Our concerns about the Coronavirus are no different than yours and we are very aware of our responsibilities and the measures we need to take to protect you, your families and our employees.
We've been providing essential services and installations for over 40 years and we can't work on your home or business from our homes. We are following Center for Disease Control guidelines. Our staff is screened each day for Coronovirus symptoms including taking technicians' temperatures. We follow social distancing and recommended protocols including face masks and gloves, and washing hands and cleaning equipment before and after entering a home.
We work on equipment, not people. There is no need for anyone to be near us when we repair or replace your HVAC system or plumbing. We're happy to enter through a backdoor or basement to avoid contact.
This is going to be a very difficult time for all of us, but when you need us, we will be there to serve your needs -- safely.
